Live Animal Transport
Live animals are shipped only under suitable climatic conditions to ensure their safety and well-being during transport. During periods of extreme temperatures (above 26°C or below 18°C), shipments are made at the buyer's risk. No refunds or compensation will be granted for any losses caused by unsuitable temperatures, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and are at the buyer's expense. It includes insulated packaging (polystyrene box) and 24/48h tracked shipping. During periods of unstable temperatures, heat packs or cool packs will be included to ensure the safety of the animals. Orders over €80 qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
